How do I pay?
All payments are done via WhatsApp. Send us your website link and we activate your plan once payment is confirmed. We accept bank transfer, Opay, and PalmPay.
What happens after the 7-day free trial?
Your website stays live but shows a trial expired notice. We'll send you a WhatsApp reminder before it expires. No automatic charges — ever.
Can I use my own domain (e.g. mybusiness.com)?
Coming soon on the Growth plan. On Starter, your website lives at yourname.usebizora.com. Custom domains are on our roadmap and will arrive with the Growth plan launch.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Just WhatsApp us and we'll upgrade your account. You only pay the difference.
Is there a setup fee?
